When the group comes together, the synergy is more than individual values. In our support groups, we moderate and facilitate healing for the group members. At the moment, we offer monthly support groups for conscious parenting, postpartum depression, anxiety and trauma healing, parenting children of determination. You are welcome to join in anytime. Its available both online and in person.

What is group therapy and how is it different from individual therapy?

Group therapy brings together people with similar challenges in a safe, facilitated space. Unlike 1:1 sessions, the group dynamic itself becomes a powerful part of the healing — you realise you’re not alone, and others’ journeys inspire your own.

We currently run monthly groups for Conscious Parenting, Postpartum Depression, Anxiety & Trauma Healing, and Parenting Children of Determination. New groups are added regularly.

Yes! Our groups are open — you are welcome to join at any time. There’s no need to wait for a new cycle to begin.

Both options are available. You can attend in person or join online from wherever you are — the experience is equally supportive either way.
