How long is each session and how many will I need?
Each session is typically 60–90 minutes. The number of sessions varies by individual — some people see shifts in 4–6 sessions, while deeper trauma work may take longer. We reassess regularly together.
Can couples or families also book sessions?
Yes! We work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with relational conflicts, communication breakdowns, and shared healing journeys.
