No. Our Quest offers coaching, not therapy. Dimple is a trained coach and practitioner, and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional or your local emergency services.
It means we include the body, not just the mind. Many of our reactions live in the nervous system, so sessions help you notice body sensations, breath and stress signals — making change feel lived, not just understood.

It depends on the offering. Circles, webinars and most courses run online; REAL runs in person; corporate, school and university sessions can be in person or virtual. Each service page lists its format.
We accept bank transfers, UPI, card payments and PayPal. Payment details are shared when you confirm your place.

An online circle of 10 sessions, two hours each, for parents and caregivers, led by Dimple Mehta using Compassionate Inquiry's own materials, with their approval. It's a supportive space to navigate the challenges of parenting and heal your inner child, so you can parent more consciously.
Any parent or caregiver — mothers, fathers, grandparents or anyone raising a child. You don't need to be in crisis; you just need to be curious about what sits beneath your reactions and triggers.
The circle is made up of 10 live sessions on Zoom, each two hours long and each with its own theme. The circle runs over 10 consecutive weekdays across two weeks (Monday to Friday, then Monday to Friday), at a time chosen through a poll of registered parents.
Each session follows a theme drawn from Compassionate Inquiry's materials. The themes unfold within the circle itself, so we share them with participants once the circle begins.
Along with the live sessions, you'll receive a parenting journal, reflection prompts and recorded talks by Dr. Gabor Maté.
No prior experience is needed. Everything is introduced gently as we go.
Each circle is capped at 15 participants, so everyone has space to be heard.
The investment is ₹45,000 per person for all 10 sessions, payable in two instalments. Early-bird pricing of ₹38,000 applies for those who register by 31 December 2026.
Circles begin in February 2027. Join the waitlist to hear first when registration opens.
Yes. We run free taster circles so you can experience the format and meet Dimple first. Waitlist members hear about them first.

Social-emotional learning (SEL) builds skills like understanding emotions, handling stress and relating to others. Trauma-informed means we move at a pace that feels safe, never force anyone to share, and pay attention to what sits beneath behaviour. Our approach is based on two things: Compassionate Inquiry in Education (CIE) and Conscious Parenting.
In four ways: the REAL program, trauma-informed social-emotional learning in schools and universities, conscious parenting coaching for the teen or tween and their parent, and theme-based pop-up workshops.
REAL stands for Resilience, Emotional and Affect Literacy. It's a 12-session, in-person cohort that helps children name their feelings, understand body cues under stress and build resilience they can use every day.
Children aged 10 to 15.
Twelve live sessions every Saturday at 4 PM IST, from 9 January to 27 March 2027, in person at [venue].
Each cohort has just 10 students, so every child gets attention and feels safe to participate.
₹15,000 per participant for the 12-session cohort. Early-bird pricing and sibling discounts are available.
To recognise and name emotions, notice what stress feels like in the body, use simple regulation tools and bounce back from setbacks — through activities, not lectures.
Please see our attendance policy, which is shared with families at registration.
